Now, the company is looking for qualified staff to fill the following vacant position:
 
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Department: Production Operation
 
Required Qualifications:
  1. Diploma / Trade Certificate in Maintenance
  2. Knowledge of Onshore/Offshore cranes
  3. Demonstrate good leadership quality and communication skills in English
  4. Minimum 15 years experience Industry maintenance of heavy lift equipment, compressors, generators and transport vehicles.
  5. 40 to 50 years old
  6. Excellent communication skills in English
Salary and Other Benefits:
  1. Salary Range: AED.12,000
  2. Accommodation is Provided
  3. Ecomony Class Ticket for self & Family and 30 days annual leave, overtime will be compensated
  4. High possibility of promotion on excellent performance
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • In-charge for all mechanical & electrical maintenance activities for all construction equipment/vehicles on and off sites ranging from crawler cranes, hydraulic cranes, forklift, generators, compressors, welding machines to busses and trucks.
  • Prepare annual schedule/presentation/maintenance budget, monitor and control Maintenance Costs againts approved budgets and KPIs.
  • Setting spare parts levels/ordering to ensure minimum levels availability. Also taking action to standardize the spares whereever possible.
  • Producing Preventive maintenance schedule & instructions and implementation.
  • Organizing Inspection and Certification of Cranes and Lifting gears.
  • Develop Implement, Monitor and improve energy/Fuel reduction project/Ideas
  • Monitoring and Analyzing Equipment breakdown and corrective actions
  • Improving Maintenance Technicians skill level by giving training and on the job training
  • Setting up and implementation of Maintenance Management System incorporating the above.
  • Ensuring all maintenance work are executed in accordance with drawing and specifications and quality standards applicable.
  • Ensuring HSE policies in the company are strictly adhered by all personnel at times.
